The attention to detail throughout the hotel is evident, from the well-maintained rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for both business travelers and shopaholics, as it is situated in a bustling shopping area and at the center of the business district.

tried to put me in the wrong room on arrival . Was size of broom cupboard. was very upsetting. did not get the premium room that i had booked instead was given 'family room' . staff said to me initially that i had not booked premium room . had to fight to get the room we ended up with.paid way too much and impossible to see what the room standard was supposed to be even when i demanded to see a premium room. they showed me a single premium not a twin . think we were scammed as we had a family room in the old part of hotel but paid for premium twin. they are taking advantage of people who are tired and arrive at night and do not have any way to know what they are getting is the rght room. that is the problem getting correct room you booked.

Hotel staff was very courteous, food in the restaurant was good, breakfast was very good, good location for shopping, I wish there was more lighting in the room, spedcially in the bathroom. Overall, we had good experience at this hotel.

We loved the proximity of this hotel to the subway, just a few steps away. Location is in the bustling shopping area near the metro station in this densely populated district. The hotel facilities were well-maintained particularly the cleanliness which we appreciated. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was a definite plus.

Not very efficient restaurant waiters, they can' t solve little problems such as cold beverages. Some rooms have no outdoor windows and they are too dark, although the hotel charges the same price as another with outdoor windows .
